ティリピセヤ　サンクチュアリ　リゾートThiripyitsaya Sanctuary Resort Bagan

ミャンマー、ヤンゴン市のサクラタワー、サクラレジデンスと同じ日本の投資家によるプロジェクトで、基本計画立案、基本設計・実施設計～施工業者選定、工事監理を日本設計シンガポール事務所にて行った。

2019年にユネスコ世界遺産登録された仏教遺跡の街、バガンのエーヤワディー河に面して建つホテル。長きに亘ったミャンマーに対する経済制裁の間、計画は縮小されたが2016年以降、エントランス棟、バンケット棟、客室バンガローの改修を進めている。

A project by a Japanese investor, the same as Sakura Tower and Sakura Residence in Yangon, Myanmar. Nihon Sekkei Singapore Office conducted the basic planning, basic design and implementation design, selection of construction contractor, and construction supervision.

The hotel is located facing the Ayeyarwady River in Bagan, a city of Buddhist ruins that will be registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019. The project was scaled down due to long term economic sanctions against Myanmar, but since 2016, renovation of the entrance building, banquet building, and guest room bungalows has been underway.
