URA（Urban Redevelopment Authority: シンガポール都市再開発庁）との交渉や都市計画許可取得～建築許可取得(Building Permit)までの一連の手続きと基本・実施設計～工事監理を地元建築家・エンジニアとの協働にて行った。

Development of condominiums for sale in the Mount Elizabeth area of central Singapore by Japan Development Corporation (JDC).

I worked with local architects and engineers to negotiate with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), to obtain city planning permission, to obtain building permits, and to carry out basic and implementation design and construction supervision.
